1998, Port Tobacco Consulting, LLC, the Prime

PTC holds a Secret Facility Clearance for its main office
located in La Plata, Maryland, and its managing partners both
hold secret clearances. We are a highly flexible and skilled

Applied
Techniques Corporation, is a
woman-owned, small business with a wide range of
training management, content and technical
documentation development, instructional
services and system operations and maintenance
experience. Our Naval-specific ISD experience
includes Weapon Systems, Unmanned Aerial
Vehicles (UAVs), Targets, and Tactical Training
Ranges. We are proficient with various training
materials tools such as AIM, ACAP, and MCAIMS.
ATC provides training system design,
development, test and evaluation, life cycle
support, human factors engineering and
training/media technology. We incorporate SCORM
and Distributed Learning initiatives in our
recommendations. We develop training system
front-end analysis (FEA), task analysis,
curriculum (and instruction), user operator and
maintenance manuals, and simulation
specifications. We also provide operations and
maintenance support for various UAV missions. We
provide CBT/ICW reviews and audits. Our staff
develops and/or modifies various Navy Training
System Plans (NTSP), in accordance with
the Navy Training Planning Process Methodology (TRPPM).
